Expanding the 'Person' schema and then double-clicking the 'Contact' table results in:
To keep these screen shots small for web access we'll click the shrink button at the right of the "Database Structure" title bar to hide the structure information for the following images.
We've dragged the 'LastName' and 'FirstName' columns to the left, have sorted on 'LastName'; now we've right-clicked on 'FirstName' and we're about to use it as an additional sort column:
And now the display looks like this:
When a table cell contains more data than fits on the display, move the mouse over the cell to get a popup window showing the data. Here's an illustration of this using the 'Production.ProductReview' table:
