DataRoamer License Agreement

General Terms

DataRoamer is owned by Amthor Technologies Inc. ('Amthor'), and is protected by international copyright laws. You must treat the software and its associated documentation like any other copyrighted material.

You may not alter this software in any way, nor reverse engineer it, including disassembling or decompiling.

DataRoamer is supplied 'as-is'. Amthor disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. Amthor assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of DataRoamer.

Evaluation License

You may freely use DataRoamer for 30 days from the date of installation. After the evaluation period you may no longer use DataRoamer without purchasing a license.

Purchased License

A single user DataRoamer license may be used only by one person. You may use DataRoamer on any compatible computer, providing that you use it on only one computer at a time.

A multi-user DataRoamer license may be used only by the specified number of individuals. Each individual may use DataRoamer on any compatible computer provided that each individual uses it on only one computer at a time.

If DataRoamer is installed on a network computer a multi-user license must be purchased for the number of individual end users of DataRoamer.

You may not loan, rent, lease, or sublicense DataRoamer.

Redistribution

You may redistribute the evaluation version of DataRoamer under the following conditions: 1) The redistribution of DataRoamer is clearly identified as being for evaluation purposes only; 2) The distribution file is not modified in any way; 3) No fee of any kind is charged for the redistribution, including but not limited to a fee for any commercial product or for distribution media such as a CD.
